The Transition Academy (TTA) is Jackson County, Missouri’s most comprehensive transition program. Based in Kansas City, MO, we partner with high schools to support youth with disabilities as they prepare for the workforce. Our mission is to make economic inclusion a reality for youth with disabilities in the Kansas City area, especially for young people of color who have historically been failed by systems.
