The Transition Academy (TTA) is Jackson County Missouri’s most comprehensive workforce program, dedicated to improving employment outcomes for high school students who learn differently. We help young people with diverse learning styles explore career pathways as they transition to adulthood.
Your donation assists young adults to receive:
Individual coaching, workforce readiness, private and group counseling, and life skills that will strengthen their impact in our community.
Hosted quarterly, this new fireside conversation series brings together Kansas City’s civic, business, and philanthropic leaders for an honest look at the moments that shaped them.
The setbacks, the doubt, the decisions made in the hardest seasons. All of these moments matter in shaping leadership values and vision.
